Our client acquired this 14,500 RSF multi-tenant mixed-use retail and office building located at the corner of 5th Avenue & J Street – one of the premier intersections in the Gaslamp Quarter of Downtown San Diego.
The purpose of the redevelopment was to create a desirable retail/office space at one of the busiest intersections within Downtown San Diego. The structure needed significant foundation work. They trusted Azar Builders to make the building safe for their intended use.
