In
our La Jolla residence basement, his (Pete Azar)
crew excavated dirt; installed a 14 ft long, 7ft
tall retaining wall; sealed the wall; poured 14ft
concrete floor; ran underground drainage ducts to an
underground sump pump that they had installed. He
coordinated with our engineer and navigated through
the City permit process. His contract price was
competitive.
I'm a
detail oriented lawyer prone to nit picking. Pete
Azar's work on our project met or exceeded all of my
expectations.

Azar Builders
conceived, retained the designer/draftsman, facilitated the
plans and permits and coordinated all phases of the
construction from demolition to landscaping.
The project
was skillfully managed by Pete Azar and his capable crew and
subcontractors. All of the bid work came in on time as
agreed and there was a weekly budget update meeting which
made the process easy, predictable and affordable.
The quality
of the work is superb and the attention to detail is
unfailing. Many aspects of the job were micromanaged
by Mr. Azar until he was satisfied with the result. He
and his crew even repainted the outdoor patio headers three
months later because he did not like their look!
My wife and I
are totally satisfied with the results and we will use Azar
Builders for all of our construction needs. We
strongly recommend them to our friends and anyone looking
for a fair, honest and capable contractor.

Dear Azar
Builders,
Many thanks
for your generosity to the school. The transformation
to the front of SHA is amazing. We feel proud walking in the
front doors. Your family is a blessing to all of us.
